MiniDriver Manager performs operations with the IDPrime .NET and IDPrime MD minidriver and associated data such as: Change / Unblock PIN, certificate loading, change PIN policy, card information display, etc. The minidriver dll v7 (axaltocm.dll) must have been installed first from the Microsoft Update site.
